CEO

Mark Guindi is the CEO and Co Founder of GD Capital . He oversees the acquisitions, financing, construction, leasing and operations of the company. Mark has successfully formed several real estate partnerships and executed on their respective business plans with precision. Mark also oversees capital allocation, deal evaluation, investor relations, and the overall expansion of the company.

Mark graduated from NYU’s Schack Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate.

Jacob Bijou

Acquisitions Analyst

Jacob Bijou is an Acquisitions Analyst at GD Capital. His responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence of the Company’s new opportunities.

Alan Frastai

Acquisitions Analyst

Alan Frastai is an Acquisitions Analyst at GD Capital.
His primary focus is on optimizing the acquisitions process by increasing visibility to brokers and streamlining communication with potential sellers. His responsibilities include underwriting and evaluating potential opportunities. Alan is currently pursuing a Bachelor in Finance with a Real Estate focus at Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business.

Racquel Guindi is the Administrative Manager At GD Capital. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing and executing company financials and accounting, clerical operations, and managing the company’s administrative systems and procedures.
